Won't let me get. Movie my card has a balance but it says I can't buy it does anyone else have this problem.

Hilarious. There are a lot of Bebes kids,because PARENTS DONT DISCIPLlNE THEIR CHILDREN,and my theory is if the PARENTS are not going to discipline the kids,DON'T HAVE. ANY !
