When the suspicious shooting of a teen aged gay black female sends ripples through an urban community, the father of the victim, Isaiah Franklin, seemingly dives into a state of complacency. Behind a police cover up in a corrupt police department, her shooting is reported to be the result of "gang violence". Three years after the shooting was swept under the rug, officer Greg Connors who has a very checkered history on the force, is on the job one day and has his cruiser hacked anonymously. A mysterious voice patched through his radio and demands that Connors complies with his instructions, with the threat that his life is at risk with a bomb strapped to his cruiser. The lives of his family members are under surveillance and he is pressured to be compliant. Connors' darkest secrets are exposed to the community launching him on an emotional roller coaster and this incident will change his life forever.
