Michael Keaton, Academy Award winner Geena Davis, Alex Baldwin and Winona Ryder star in director Tim Burton's comic twist on supernatural horror tales--Beetlejuice. When a couple of nice, young homebody ghosts (Baldwin and Davis) try to haunt the pretentious humans who have moved into their house, they ask for help from a demonic wraith (Keaton) they cannot control in this comic fantasy that mixes the quick and the dead with a laugh and a fright.

After Barbara (Geena Davis) and Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin) die in a car accident, they find themselves stuck haunting their country residence, unable to leave the house. When the unbearable Deetzes (Catherine O'Hara, Jeffrey Jones) and teen daughter Lydia (Winona Ryder) buy the home, the Maitlands attempt to scare them away without success. Their efforts attract Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), a rambunctious spirit whose "help" quickly becomes dangerous for the Maitlands and innocent Lydia.

One of my favorite movies of all-time! Tim Burton's follow-up to his live action directorial debut with Pee Wee's Big Adventure. He really excelled, & hit his stride with Beetlejuice! Danny Elfman's iconic score help set the mood & dark atmosphere envisioned for the sets and scenery crafted & designed for the movie. Lastly, but certainly not least u have the amazing Catherine O'Hara! Michael Keaton's best role! Alec Baldwin & Gina Davis are perfect fits in all the madness in their home & beyond!

Google play offered me 50%off a rental. I accepted and was informed it would be applied at checkout. This was not the case. I paid fill rental price.. I would have requested a refund, but I had already hyped my kids up to watch a movie. Hoping Google reads this and makes things right. :( (Movie is great!)
