From the intense looks of Owen Wilson to Hackman's frustration, the acting is top notch. Wilson plays the REAL emotions of an airman behind the lines - this isn't a Cruise ego boost Top Gun Navy pilot, this is the blood & guts men who protect us everyday. The emotional roller coaster - edge of your seat scenes keep you completely focused on Wilson's situation. Aerial work is great. The sets, extras & SPFX are among the best particularly because there is very little CGI, making a big difference. Nuff Said!
