Scaringly real. This movie is one everyone and anyone should see. I myself have known of someone who passed from drugs and know people who have struggled with it. I sure hope everyone sees this it is so important. Roberts and Hedges are a power dynamic together in the film and at times this one keeps you on edge. The ending really packs an emotional, real punch as well. 5 out of 5.

Ok if you are an addict this movie is freakishly relatable & 100% accurate. I know these reviews are just our opinions but those who say the things they do in this movie arent believeable lol obviously are not addicts nor do they have an addict in their family. I have to say this is Julia Roberts Best performance I've ever seen her do & I've seen all her movies.

This was one of the best movies I have ever seen. If you are an addict, or ever had contact or dealt with an addict, this movie will hit home very hard. It is definitely a true story, and there is no falsifications in this whatsoever. Any movie that has me crying at the end, I consider a very good movie. And this movie did just that. Anyone who gave this movie bad reviews, or thinks this movie is untrue, definitely knows nothing about addiction.
