Luke Wilson plays Jesse, who after three years in a California prison, comes home to marry Hope (Drew Barrymore). However, on the way to the wedding, one of Jesse's friends, Billy (Sean Patrick Flanery) asks to be let out at a bank, which he proceeds to rob.
