From the producer of Machotaildrop, Rainbow is the outlandish feature film debut of writer and director Panos Cosmatos. Featuring a hypnotic analog synthesizer score by Jeremy Schmidt of "Sinoia Caves" and "Black Mountain," Rainbow is a film experience for the senses.

This is a visually compelling dark slowly deliberate film that's a great throwback to some of the weirder darker films that came out in the 70s and early 80s, like Phase IV, Suspiria , Scanners, Altered States.The lighting tones and colors in the film are hypnotic you can't take your eyes off of it. & the dark synthesized score really complements the dark overtone & visual style of the film. The doctor antagonist gives a great creepy weird performance slowly epitomizing the darkness and madness. Excellent!

Love the look. Although a little too much at times. It's slow but not in a good 2001 Space Odyssey way. It builds all this tension that ultimately fizzles. Aside from that it's fun to watch if you dig super weird eye candy and droney synth soundtracks .

Slow paced and deliberate. An amazing work of art. This won't be for everyone but it will take your breath away.
