Revathi, a teacher and a troubled widow lives with her teenaged son (Shane) and her mentally ill mother (Valsala menon). One day the old woman passes away. Shane becomes paranoid after getting locked inside his grandmother's bedroom, indicating the paranormal presence and elevating his perspective of fear or horror for the first time. Everything leads to the final act where the suspense distorts the sense of reality of the characters.
