The story revolves around a dying father (played by Finney, and McGregor as a young man) and his son (Crudup). Trying to learn more about his dad by piecing together the stories he has gathered over the years, the son winds up re-creating his father's elusive life in a series of legends and myths inspired by the few facts he knows. Tim Buton's Big Fish is a dramatic fantasy, with great performances and a strange, yet heart-warming plot.

One of the most remarkable and well done movies ever. I actually liked the movie as a kid,It taught me a lot about life. A very beautiful movie in my opinion.
