Oskari, a timid 13-year-old, must spend one day and one night alone in the wilderness. Armed with only a bow and arrow, he must return with a prize to prove himself a man. Terrified and alone, he wanders through a vast and unforgiving forest when suddenly he hears a deafening rumble. Racing to investigate, Oskari discovers an escape pod. Not just any escape pod – this pod belongs to Air Force One and the battered and bruised man lying before him is the President of the United States!

In the skies above, terrorists are hurtling their way to the crash site hell-bent on kidnapping the President.

Now the fate of the most powerful man in the world lies in the hands of a 13-year-old boy. Ratings and reviews

The views are breathtaking. Camera work and special effects stand up beautifully. Samuel Jackson was disappointing. I felt he played the role of president with a cynical 2 dimensional view of his character. The storyline had depth, "Oskari" was fantastic, his expression and the depth he gave particularly non-verbal communication of complex feelings. The storyline was more like two, running side by side. Hollywood stereotypes Vs real life heroism. A great watch about what makes a Man. When my Son is older I will be showing him this!

it look ok but the have made a book and i asked my parents to get it and i saw it was M and there was swearing in it so i cant watch it

Set up to be a good movie but fell sadly short with some "questionable" scenes which should have been cut.
