Le producteur de Get Out et Halloween revisite avec succès un classique de l'horreur : un tueur en série qui sévit sur un campus et doit faire face à la détermination d'un groupe d'amies d'une même sororité. Les filles de Mu Kappa Epsilon s'apprêtent à passer tranquillement Noël au collège de Hawthorne, quand elles sont tuées les unes après les autres par un mystérieux slasher voyeur. La peur gagne le campus où chaque homme est un suspect potentiel. Mais c'est sans compter sur un groupe d'étudiantes bien décidées à ne pas se laisser trucider sans se défendre. La nuit de Noël ne sera pas une partie de plaisir pour le tueur...

Respect the cast and crew for trying. But Blumhouse didn't give the writers enough time to develop a proper story with proper characters. Good ideas and good kills, and it's admirable that the filmmakers wanted to make a movie to discuss serious issues with young teenage girls. But the supernatural horror, poorly made fight scenes, and the fact that the main characters basically murder innocent men. Good effort, but the nineteen seventy-five original is better. Also it's super boring.

I think that this film had a lot of potential, but it seems like the writers did not get a chance to fully develop an actual story. The 2006 film was a lot more fully-formed; and even though I wasn't a huge fan of the that one either, I do think it did a way better job at being a great horror film.

The classic black christmas is by far superior then, this dumpster fire! and wow a statue head with supernatural powers and brainwashed sorority members who dresses like a wannabe doctor doom cosplay outfit lol!!, not scary at all lol!! but great slapstick comedy movie I seen and a major disrespectful to movie slasher fans that's wants to enjoy a good movie.
