Action-movie icons Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren deliver a double shot of adrenaline-fueled excitement in this heartpounding undersea thriller. After a failed mission, deep-cover operative Wheeler (Van Damme) is imprisoned in a CIA black site on a submarine. The CIA agents will to go to any lengths to get information from Wheeler—but nothing can prepare them for the storm of violence that erupts when he joins forces with a fellow prisoner (Lundgren) as deadly as he is mysterious.

Rated 1 star not for the movie - but for the price gouging. $6.99 to rent SD is absurd!!! I honestly don't know how Google Play Movies justify there extortionate prices. About 85% of their catalogue of movies are over priced.... considering you can go out and buy them on DVD or Blu ray for a substantially cheaper price. Even their older movies!!! Why am I going to pay almost $15 to $20 for a movie that is 10/20/30 years old??? When you can find them in a bargain bin for $5???

Jean Claude aged badly, if Brett Favre knew when to retire instead of embarrass himself losing integrity and worth so should Hollywood entertainers.
