Manji, a highly skilled samurai, becomes cursed with immortality after a legendary battle. Haunted by the brutal murder of his sister, Manji knows that only fighting evil will regain his soul. He promises to help a young girl named Rin avenge her parents, who were killed by a group of master swordsmen led by ruthless warrior Anotsu. The mission will change Manji in ways he could never imagine...

Just watched 'Blade of the immortal' based on the Manga, an excellent rendition! It followed the manga to a tea, amazing Samurai action and Samura's electric characters. I strongly recommend the reading the books, it's a compelling read and the artwork is beautiful a firm favourite of mine. Also, I love that Manji in the comic is the 100 killer and it was the director Takashi Miike's 100th film.

Brilliant lots of blood and gore just amazing.
