About this movie

Based on the bestselling comic book, Vin Diesel stars as Ray Garrison, a soldier recently killed in action and brought back to life as the superhero Bloodshot by the RST corporation. With an army of nanotechnology in his veins, he’s an unstoppable force –stronger than ever and able to heal instantly. But in controlling his body, the company has sway over his mind and memories, too. Now, Ray doesn’t know what’s real and what’s not – but he’s on a mission to find out.

After putting this film off for some time, I eventually became bored enough to give it a go, and I wish I had spent my money more wisely. I should have listened to what my conscience was always saying. Not a fan of Vin Diesel, and his other films (what i saw of them accidently), looked terrible. If you are in to this kind of rubbish, then it's money well spent I guess.

I went in to this film expecting the usual, ok if a little dodgy acting from vin diesel and hoping the plot would carry him through, imagine my surprise when he was actually very good in this role, effects were also good, story was ok, if a little predictable. Overall though i actually found myself enjoying this movie and would recommend it to others, even if all you're looking for is a movie to watch when there's nothing else to do.

Quite an enjoyable movie, and it would have been 5 stars if not for the terrible attempt at filming in London, in the UK. It was so obviously not in the UK that it really broke the flow. However, I suspect if you can't spot the error then it doesn't matter. Other than that it was really fun and I hope some sequels are in the works. Just so long as they don't fake the locations so badly in future!
