Good script, good actors and good movie. Is not pretentious nor overblown (no pun intended). Enjoyable without being preachy. Many characterizations are spot on and of that world. Whether a small town or big city everyone wants to win. Relatable and funny.

It hits those Feel Good notes, an airy, light movie whose added appeal comes from it being made in early 2000s, which now feels dated (god I'm old...). Don't think too much on this film and you'll enjoy yourself.
