Σχετικά με αυτή την ταινία

Academy-Award-nominees Ryan Gosling (HALF NELSON, THE NOTEBOOK) and Michelle Williams (BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN, SHUTTER ISLAND) star in Blue Valentine, an intimate, shattering portrait of a disintegrating marriage. Once passionately in love, Dean (Gosling) and Cindy (Williams) try to rekindle their lost feelings by spending a night in a hotel, remembering what brought them together six years earlier. Moving between the present and the past courtship of these two, this award-winning movie captures both the promise of new romance and the brutal heartbreak that comes with fading love.

This is a tough one to judge, because it's not so much a love story as it is an autopsy of a love that went awry. Even going into this knowing that these are actresses and actors still doesn't stop a person from bawling their eyes out and reaching for the box of tissues. Simply put, this is a heartwrenching tale of a once great love gone wrong. Phenomenal, though.

Although this movie made me cry my eyes out, literally, this movie is beyond one of the best I have seen. I have seen it twice but took a while for me to watch a second time because of how it makes me feel. It is so sad and heartbreaking but so true at heart. I love it and yes, will be watching it again. Box of tissues here I come!!!
