Kip Polyard (Robert Gomes) suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder and hasn't left his rent-controlled Manhattan apartment in 10 months. When Celine (Leslie Kendall), a beautiful young woman, moves in next door, Kip finds himself in an unlikely romance.
