Young Pat Harland (Peggy Ann Garland) becomes separated from her father (Onslow Stevens), who has come to photograph the unexplored jungle, but she is rescued by Bomba (Johnny Sheffield--Tarzan films). Now, the two must overcome forest fires, a plague of locusts and vicious wild animals to find their way back to Pat's father.
