A pair of highly trained Black-Ops solders are called back from leave to drop into a snow-covered forest in Northern Ukraine. The mission is to eliminate a Russian separatist squad, preparing for insurgency strikes. The skilled sniper and his long-time spotter assassinate the wrong target on bad intel and find themselves running for their lives when enemy soldiers begin tracking them. Unable to evac until the mission is a success, the soldiers try to locate and eliminate the intended target, but something else is following them. A dark figure against the snowy white landscape hunts them. With no other friendly assets in the area or air support, they must battle to survive the two-fronts, relying on their years of trust and training to help them complete the mission and get out alive.
