About this movie

Sophie's 18th birthday becomes a bloodbath when monsters descend upon her house, devouring the guests and killing anyone who tries to leave. To survive the night, Sophie must face her destiny: monsters are real and she's the only one who can stop them.

Monsters, magic (black), and mayhem at a party. This movie was totally fun ride and it had real creatures, not computer generated ones, which brought a big smile to my face during those crazy kills.

Can be funny for good and bad reasons, acting is possibly forced to be bad at times or just plain bad, not sure if that's intended. Music is horrible. Jennifer Aniston should be in the touching part at the end. Effects can range from great to laughable. Movie explains what is obviously going on too much.

Fun horror movie with heroic women and really cool practical effects. Incorporates adorable LGBT love story, while still beating down some cool monsters 💖💗🌈
