A young Brooklyn boy witnesses the brutal murder of his mother and grows up obsessed with finding her killer. Thus begins his life as a quiet, straight-A student by day and a self-appointed hero at night. But what is a real hero? And who decides what is right or wrong? I like darker introspective type films. This movie was much better than I thought it would be. its like a real life believable Batman story. Very well done. Not sure who plays the kid but he did a great job playing this role.

Very tense movie slow moving and a WTF before the ending so pay attention.

He's not like batman. He's like The Punisher. Specifically if the punisher had Batman's origins.
