Über diesen Film

A decade on from the events in Adulthood, and Sam Peel (Noel Clarke) has grown up, in a stable relationship with his lawyer girlfriend Kayla (Shanika Warren-Markland), and raise their child together, seeking a peaceful existence far away from the former's disruptive background. But having made a lot of enemies down the years who still hold a grudge against him, it's just a matter of time before Sam's past comes back to haunt him. Wanting nothing to do with this particular lifestyle, when his family are threatened, Sam knows that it's time to put an end to this ongoing conflict once and for all. 2016, Brotherhood Film Company Ltd. Not a bad film, but wouldn't say it was anything to write home about. It seemed to tie the narrative to a decent end, however there were a few pointless characters that didn't really add to the plot and weren't necessarily needed in my opinion. If it was just based on Sam and Curtis' feud and the drama that surrounded that, it would've been grittier and would've given the film more intensity. Some of the acting from the cast was adequate to say the least and parts of the writing seemed unnatural. The previous two films were the better ones, but this one despite it not being a great watch, it was alright.

it;s ok like. a worthy sequel to adulthood and carries some strong themes and puts forward a solid attempt at conveying a message. Arnold Oceng provides some humorous moments in a film that completes the "HOOD" trilogy that will be talked about for many years to come. This particular film however, will be spoken about the least of the 3.

Really fantastic movie, great storyline, great soundtrack too. It had me really fixed and I didn't want the movie to end, it's a really rare treat to find a film these days that you get really into!
