Über diesen Film

Ben Stiller stars as Brad, whose satisfying career, sweet wife and comfortable life in suburban Sacramento aren't quite what he imagined during his college glory days. When he accompanies his musical prodigy son on a university tour, he can't help comparing his life with those of his four best college friends who seemingly have more wealthy and glamorous lives. But when circumstances force him to reconnect with his former friends, Brad begins to question whether he has really failed or if their lives are actually more flawed than they appear. Also stars Jenna Fischer (The Office), Luke Wilson (Old School) and Michael Sheen (Masters of Sex). - ( Original Title - Brad's Status )

Should have bailed on this movie 10 minutes in. Brad--who is part of a well-to-do family, by any reasonable standards-- constantly whines to us about how his life sucks compared to the lives of his rich, one-percenter, "more-successful" college friends, and his greatest worry is whether his son will or will not get accepted into Harvard. Movie comes off as being written by an elitist for elitists. Kept hoping for the movie to turn but it never did. Good thing we got this movie with Google Play credit. Otherwise waste of time.

can I give a movie a -1 or -2 stars? not sure why they place this movie into a comedy. Nothing funny about it, the matter of fact is super depressing and slow. The director tried hard to make it super "artsy" and profound but only got "... zzzzzz". Didn't finished it, or I did? don't remember I was sleep.
