About this movie

After Earth is left uninhabitable due to a lack of oxygen a Maya and her daughter are forced to live underground. Only short trips to the surface are made possible, by a state-of-art oxygen suit made by Maya's husband Darius, whom she presumes to be dead. When a mysterious couple arrives claiming to know Darius, Maya agrees to let them in, but they are not who seem and mother and daughter must fight for survival.
