An undercover Detroit cop (Paul Walker) navigates a dangerous neighborhood that's surrounded by a containment wall with the help of an ex-con (David Belle) in order to bring down a crime lord and his plot to devastate the entire city.

This movie just failed for me . I wanted to like it , I really did . I knew it was a remake of a french film from a few years back . The title of which escapes me at the moment ( B2 or something like that) It felt to forced and I was unable to really become emersed in the story or plight of the characters . Paul walker was a horrible miss cast for this film . I know that may not be popular to say with his recent passing . He was just unable to bring anything fresh to this role and his fighting scenes where poorly choreographed , unfortunately coming across as very fake . In closing , skip this one , watch the original . You will be far better entertained . Also the original had a sequel . Enough said

This is simply an off shoot of district 13 or was it district 13 ultimatum? Either way if you like this you would like those two better if you don't mind English sub titles.

Only saw it because of the amount of cool actors they got in one movie but thats not enough to forgive the bad script. Oh and it definitely ripped off District 13 ultimatum. That was a way better movie
