GREAT MOVIE I'VE HEARD CHARLIE GOT KNOCKED BACK ON IS PAROLE HEARING BASTARD'S SHOULD LET HIM HAVE IS FREEDOM BUT THEY GAVE A CHILD KILLER PAROLE NO WONDER CHARLIE KICKS OFF AT LEAST HE'S ON 2 MAN UNLOCK UP BUT HE'S DOES NOT WANT TO KICK OFF FREE FREE CHARLIE BRONSON

Hardy met and struck up a friendship of sorts with Bronson and goes literally balls out in an extraordinary performance. Refn manages to coat it in a thick layer of sleaze making it feel like an 80's video nasty. Uncomfortable, uneasy but ultimately a fitting portrait.
