As a family we were all so very disappointed with this movie. Sadly, we bought it instead of renting it. The special effects were few and far between. The storyline made a warrior into a big sissy. We have the complete collection of Transformer movies and wish we could unpurchase this one. We didn't even like the storyline of this movie. The girl is a stuck-up brat. I wish Google Movies had an exchange program. Definitely rent this one before you buy it. You'll be glad you did.

Horrible - if you're a transformers fan this movie is not for you. It ignored everything from every transformer comic, movie and cartoon ever made. Extremely week story line, all acting, including John Cena's, was pretty bad. I wonder how much people get paid to write these 5 star reviews!?

Besides the original Michael Bay movie, this is probably the best Transformer movie yet. Slower paced, better story telling, seamless special effects, this movie wasn't all action for the sake of action, which was refreshing. It's too bad that Michael Bay didn't stick with the original designs for the Transformers; thankfully in the first three minutes of the movie we get to see most of the major robots in their original forms from season one of the original cartoon. Rent if you're an adult. Purchase if you have children who love robots.
