Sam's ability to leap back and forth between time has been both a blessing and a curse. On one hand, he can use his abilities to help the police solve the most heinous crimes, but on the other, he can't ever intervene in what he witnesses. He knows doing so could alter the present in horrific ways. But when a woman, Elizabeth, from his childhood comes begging for his help in finding her sister's murderer, Sam's own demons make him break this golden rule.

I've seen this movie many times since it came out (sober and otherwise) and I can say without a doubt it was a great idea for them to venture into the slasher genre. They worked it into the Butterfly Effect concept beautifully (maintaining the overall message that it's best that people can't go back and play God with the past). One of the best slashers imo, fight me on it

First time I saw this I caught the last like 30 minutes while I was stoned. I was so into it and just saw it again not high. I think I have a new list of top 10 movies now.

I wouldnt recommend. ALL Thumbs DOWN!
