The people of the Mexican Territory unite in a movement to break away from Mexico and apply for admission to the United States. The Mexican army tries to thwart them, but led by a fearless frontiersman, the people of the territory fight for their freedom

I love Period Pieces in B/W. Loved all of the actors from the Golden Age. Except for white hair, Susan Seaforth (Hayes) looks exactly the same. I'm glad it has not been colorized. Obviously, she was a lot younger than the other actors. I have always been a fan of the villianous Michael Pate. I often saw him in movies requring him to wear war paint. Excellent Movie.
