Call me Brother nails deadpan humor while tackling a taboo subject with taste. Director David Howe, who does a great job keeping the story moving while giving it an interesting visual style. Even though the story can be deliberately cringe-worthy the characters have a lot of heart and you really root for them, Definitely a nice change of pace from a typical comedy.

Unusual but surprisingly heartfelt. Worth a watch.
