I was 6 years old when this movie came out. My Great Aunt & Cousin decided to play a prank on me while making me a VHS tape of my favorite show at the time Barney. She put this movie on it as well. And Her & My cousin decided to tell me that it was about a man giving out Candy. I pissed the bed for 2 months straight because I wouldn't go to the bathroom at night by myself after seeing this movie. Nd now 29 years later its one of my top 5. #LongLiveTonyTodd

One of my top horror 90s favorites! This is a must watch & rewatch to all horror fans! It never gets old & lives up to its expectations. They don't make them as great & horrifying like this one anymore! Candyman sure did traumatized me as a kid! The great memories i have of watching for the 1st time was my dad renting a vhs copy at blockbuster. As a kid at first I thought it was a film about a candyman selling candy of course I was wrong! It creeped me out! I highly recommended this classic!

Sin duda alguna esta entrega es perfecta, superando por obvias razones sus dos últimas continuaciones... El personaje de Candyman nos demuestra que no hace falta ser deforme o llevar una máscara consigo mismo para causarle miedo y terror al espectador, solo con su forma de ser, su traje y sobre todo su característico garfio, es suficiente como para transmitir ese carisma que lo representa. ¡¡¡Gran origen, y sobre todo el buen papel que nos otorga nuestra protagonista presentada en dicha cinta!!!
