Fourteen years after being imprisoned, vicious psychopath Max Cady (Robert De Niro) emerges with a single-minded mission: to seek revenge on his attorney Sam Bowden (Nick Nolte). Cady becomes a terrifying presence as he menacingly circles Bowden's increasingly unstable family. One of the best remakes of all time. Haunting story, script, and mega all star cast. This movie will thrill and haunt your mind and dreams. Look for cameos from the OG cast too!

Excellent movie. It blows my mind that the movie Fear, starring Mark Wahlberg, has a higher score than this on Google play. Ludicrous.

Like many other people reviewing this film, I loved it and cherished each minute! The film, despite being a remake, is sincere, intriguing, and character development is great
