Captain Horatio Hornblower is part of the Essential Gregory Peck Collection. The story is well-written with plenty of action on the high seas and it is funny at the right times. Peck plays Captain Hornblower, a British naval hero during the Napoleonic Wars. His exploits extend from the Pacific to the European countryside.

An adventure halfway around the world grand and glorious with compelling characters unforgettable action and adventure a joy to behold

Gregory Peck is wonderful in this compilation of CS Forresters Hornblower novels.
