Based on a miraculous true story about the power of faith, Captive is an amazing, inspiring drama about the spiritual collision of two lost souls. Heard about this movie from a youtube video of Rick Warren. It was pretty disappointing in my opinion. Expectations certainly didn't live up to what it was in reality. Like another reviewer said, it ended in a whimper rather than a bang, and the lady who supposedly changed this guy's life so much, certainly wasn't portrayed as so life-changing in the film. I think the plot failed big time, and you come away from the film thinking 'well, that was pretty average'. I didn't enjoy it.

Boring Af movie. 2 person 1 house. Talk and talk and talk. Lots of talking. Total bs movie tbh. Cheapest production i have ever watched.

Må var verklighet, men att tycka att gud gjorde något är bra korkat. Amerikanska samhället borde ta på sig större ansvar.
