From the creators of Cars comes a new, laugh-out-loud, heartwarming adventure geared for the entire family. Star racecar Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) and the incomparable tow truck Mater (Larry the Cable Guy) take their friendship on the road from Radiator Springs to exciting new places when they head overseas to compete in the first-ever World Grand Prix to determine the world's fastest car. But the road to the championship is filled with plenty of potholes, detours and hilarious surprises when Mater gets caught up in an intriguing adventure of his own: international espionage!

Cars 2 is a very solid kid's movie but whatever happened to the Pixar that gave us classics like Up, Wall-E, Toy Story 1-3, Ratatouille, and even the first Cars? I'd probably give this 4 even 5 stars if I didn't have such high expectations for Pixar. Kids LOVE it though.

THERE IS NO CONTINUATION Cars 1 was a great movie but once Cars 2 was out i was wondering what it would be like. With the spy junk. but the racing cup was great from going to all other countries. i reccomend it for kids

I liked the first one alright, but this is a mess. Massive script problems, which is very disappointing coming from a studio like Pixar which prides itself on story.
