This was even more fun and campy than I expected it to be. It didn't take itself too seriously, and had me laughing, in a good way, by the end. The setting was that classic, big, old money mansion. The plot wasn't unexpected, but that's because they pretty much state it up front. The acting was fun, the kills enjoyable, and the end was just...well it was just perfect for what the movie was. I really enjoyed this, it was totally worth the price of the movie ticket.

This movie was the greatest waste of time. It seems the movie doesn't know what it wants to be, horrible comedy, drama, or gore film for the sake of shock value. I truly cannot fully express my opinion on this movie and its ineptitude. This is by far the worst movie I've ever seen. The shots and cinematography perfectly coincide with the horrible acting, writing, and directing to make a truly and unabashedly horrible film. This movie was a waste of time and money. Although it attempts to be "action packed" and "cool", I was constantly bored and didn't feel a connection to a single character.

This movie is 88% on Rotten Tomatoes...really? "Ready or Not" had potential but lost it in silly gore and a weak plot line. Samara Weaving was a bright spot but she couldn't save this mess. If you want to see a really good Samara Weaving movie, with a very similar plot line, check out "The Babysitter".
