CATWOMAN is the story of meek, mild-mannered artist Patience Philips, who works for Hedare Beauty, a mammoth cosmetics company on the verge of releasing a revolutionary anti-aging product. When Patience inadvertently happens upon a dark secret her employer is hiding, she is attacked and killed. But Patience is given a second chance - a second life in which someone not quite human resides. Someone with the strength, speed, agility and ultra-keen senses of a cat. The only reason its 2 stars is Halle Berry looks sexy in the costume now the costume is horrible and the plot is horrible and characters are awful and the effects suck beyond belief and did mention that her name isn't even Selena Kyle...its patient Phillips!!!! if your making a movie on a character that's based of something use there names OK so next time throw the DVD away

if this is one of your favorite movies, you have not seen many movies. if this is one of your favorite superhero movies, you have not read many comics, or seen any superhero tv show. or seen many superhero movies. her name is not Selina Kyle, her suit is lingerie, not an body suit, and she was very definitely a thief before she ever got her powers. any one who says that we haters don't like it because it has an almost all female cast and gives women more power and chances for big roles in Hollywood, 1. Halle berry won a Razzie for her performance, so oh yeah, really, big chances! 2. Wonder Woman succeeded, and it was based around an island inhabited in women. and 3. even if it was made as Cat-man, who is actually a character from dc comics, with all of the poor editing the sloppy script the sagging script, and a hero who acts more like a stripper doing gymnastics on steroids, this movie is inescapably bad at even turn, and if you like this movie, you are either ten or younger, atoxic feminist, or a man-hating SJW stalker on the internet. and the director is a guy named pitof who just wanted to see Halle berry topless. so he is a feminist man who believes in equal rights

I'm just going out on a limb and say this movie has to be something completely different and just shares a name with the Catwoman of the DC universe. Otherwise I'd completely hate this and want to gouge my eyes out. Not going to even compare her to Pfeiffer because this isn't even same thing, they just happen to share names.... well Halle Berry looks good in leather? Forgettable? Definitely.
