Set against the backdrop of breathtaking Patagonia, David Lama, the youngest world champion climber in the world, sets out to climb the infamous south-east face of Cerro Torre, a mountain once said to be the most difficult to climb in the world. After being confronted with natural and logistical challenges, David comes to understand the true nature of his project and realises what it will take to reach the summit. A documentary about mountaineering, friendship and transformation.
