From director Tony Richardson (Tom Jones) comes this brilliant retelling of tragic events during the Crimean War. this film downplays the courage and bravery of the light brigade,they looked like coward tired jackasses here.not soldiers,what a bad film.and it is politically overtoned,but anyway the battle scenes here are neatly done,so i'll give it two stars.
