At first glance, they seem an unlikely gang—they carry Louis Vuitton bags, but they also carry knives, brass knuckles and mace. These vulnerable gay and transgender youth were once victims, but now they seek to break their cycle of poverty and violence and this transformation is full of hope and an indomitable resilience.
