Not great, not good and not even decent but when you watch a movie thinking its going to be the worst you've ever watched, that's when movies like Chennai Express can surprise you. I spent a bulk of the 2 and a half hours getting bored but I'd be a liar to say I didn't chuckle at some of the jokes. Not a bad movie but best watched with lowered expectations.

Only heroin's job is ok otherwise this movie is a total headache. Movie should have been named shahrukh' personal film for his own family

This is voted as the best Indian movie of 2013 by google play editors. Either Indian cinema is dead or Google play editors haven't seen a decent movie in a long time. This movie was an absolute waste of resources and the fact that it went on to earn 300 cr is utter non sense.
