Paula Taymore, fresh off a painful divorce and still smarting from having almost made the Women's Olympic Hockey Team, finds her life plagued with doubt and uncertainty. So when a group of loudmouth men from a local team issue a challenge, Paula jumps at the opportunity to prove herself. Leading a group of explosive, irreverent and offbeat women who flock into town to play hockey, Paula must conquer the challenges of her opponents, her teammates, and her own uncertainty to lead her team to victory.
