In Child’s Play volgen we alleenstaande moeder Karen die haar zoontje Andy een Buddi pop cadeau doet, die hij liefkozend ‘Chucky’ noemt. Als er ineens op onverklaarbare wijze doden beginnen te vallen, denkt Andy dat Chucky daar iets mee te maken heeft. Iedereen verklaart hem voor gek, want Chucky is niets meer dan een pop... Toch?

It,s good,very good but the the originele chucky had so much personality and this chucky is boring but the rest is that the cast is doing a amazing job and the kills are very cool. It,s a great stand alone movie but as a reboot no this not a worthy tribute.
