When a power outage strikes New York City on Christmas Eve, six groups of people trapped in different elevators find their lives changed forever as new friendships are formed and romances blossom with the help of a little holiday magic. Not bad but not good either. The characters could have used more depth. If Patrick Stewart's character was not in the movie it would not have made any difference.
