It's Christmas Eve in the sleepy town of Rockford when Sheriff Rick Langston (Dean Cain, Lois & Clarke: The New Adventures of Superman) arrests a mysterious man who resembles Santa Claus. However, when the townspeople's Christmas wishes all start to come true, the sheriff begins to wonder if this jolly old man just might be the real deal. It is when he is out of love and luck and at his most cynical that the sheriff meets Lucy (Christine Lakin, Valentine’s Day) and is shown the miracle of love and family. As Christmas Day fast approaches, new relationships are forged and existing ties are strengthened in this uplifting festival story for the whole family.
