Adam Sandler gives one of his better performances in this movie about a guy who wanders into the "Beyond" of Bed, Bath and Beyond and is given the opportunity of a lifetime: a remote control that does everything you've ever wanted it to, only it controls your life. As with all great power comes misuse, but Sandler learns the ultimate lesson the hard way, without being too smug or smarmy.

I thought that the women were hot but the majority of the movie was dumb so I am only rating it 2 stars. Also I would definitely not own this movie.

The First half of this movie is unfunny trash, the second half of it is filled with forced emotion that has no effect on you because it all comes out of nowhere
