About this movie

It’s Jack's 10th birthday and the party is underway, but his parents get a call to say the clown has cancelled. Jack’s dad, Kent, manages to find an old clown suit in the attic and saves the party. But after the party is over, Kent has a problem… the suit won't come off. Kent’s ordeal soon turns into a hellish nightmare. He can feel himself changing, and an uncontrollable hunger begins to overwhelm him as the suit becomes part of his skin. Searching for help, he learns the horrifying, forgotten legend of the ‘Cloyne’ – an ancient demon that descended into villages to devour one child for every month of winter. Kent has to figure out how to stop the demon before he becomes the Cloyne... forever.

This film promised so much, the story is really original. It provided a good back story going into the origins of clowns. starts off well but doesn't really go anywhere after that,not a bad film but not great either

The usual relatively low budget horror, but surprisingly scary at times. Whilst it's worth watching, you won't rate it as the scariest or best horror film you've ever seen.

Reminds me of an 80s horror, kind of silly but in the best possible way! Would have made a great novel.
