Mammootty and Lal are professional freestyle boxers doing their trade in Delhi. Hailing from Kottayam, they are a symbol of genuine friendship. They are nicknamed Cobras with Mammootty known as King Cobra and Lal with a darker texture known as Black Cobra. They wish to marry sisters (Padmapriya and Kaniha), so they go off to Kottayam but they are unable to stay there the way they want to. In their wanderings in search of a place, they finally land up in Coimbatore and decide to settle down there. Their life in Coimbatore and the amusing and engrossing incidents they come across are portrayed in this movie.
