By the early '80s, Miami's tripled homicide rate had made it the murder capital of the country, for which a TIME cover story dubbed the city "Paradise Lost."

It's not a movie it's a documentary I wasted my money

For years I always wondered why Miami is called the Magic city when I rented out the Movie from the library I heard the dark truth.

Gr8 documentary. By far the most informative one about the 80's in Miami. A must see!
