In the future, 4% of the population has supernatural abilities. But instead of being superheroes or billionaires, these 'specials' are shunned by society and subjected to constant monitoring by drones, the militarised police and their robotic guardians. When one desperate but powerful special, Connor Reed, is recruited by the head of a criminal organisation, he finally learns to unleash his powers.

Not quite sure how this movie was given a rotten tomatoe rating of 80%, however, still an ok movie to watch

Definitely a compelling story to watch one of the best movies I think I've ever seen 5/5
